4. How are your forms and data submissions handled?
All forms feed directly into our HubSpot CRM. We require a corporate email (no Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), and collect project scope, timelines, employee size, and service requirements—all securely encrypted and optimized for mobile and desktop.
5. Will I be locked into working with a specific MSP?
No. We remain completely agnostic and unbiased. Our goal is to help you choose the right partner—not push a particular provider.
6. What if I need more than just an MSP—like cloud or security services?
Our process allows you to specify needs such as Managed Cloud Services, Managed Security, Helpdesk, Colocation, and On-Prem Infrastructure, so we tailor the RFP accordingly.
