With deep expertise across AWS, Microsoft, and project management, Miles ensures technology enablement aligns with market trends and customer needs. Before Synoptek, Miles founded and grew Pay Per Cloud, successfully scaling and exiting the company. His mission is simple: help firms strengthen strategy and execution by identifying the right improvements across process, people, and technology

Pete Gibson is a Fortune 100–proven executive leader who has served as CIO, COO, CTO, CDO, and Board Advisor. Aimee Alfonso is a Partnership Accountant at Stiles, where she manages financial reporting and accounting for large commercial property portfolios. With over a decade of experience across real estate and financial operations, she also works as a Realtor with KangaRealty, focusing on residential sales and leasing in South Broward County. Her background includes financial operations roles at Supporting Strategies and association accounting at Castle Group. Aimee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Barry University.
