Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 20, 2026
ITBluPrint LLC ("ITBluPrint," "we," "us") helps companies select MSPs and IT vendors. This Policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to talk with you and run our services.
- Information you give us — your name, business email, company, phone number, and anything you write into a form (RFP Creation Inquiry, Virtual CIO Partner Form, Free Consultation request, blog comments). If you email us, we keep that conversation.
- Information collected automatically — your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring site, and time-stamped activity. Standard server logs and analytics.
- Cookies and similar technology — our site uses cookies set by HubSpot (our CMS, CRM, and marketing platform) for site functionality, analytics, and remembering form details. You can disable cookies in your browser; some site features may not work as well.
2. How we use it
- Respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you asked for.
- Send blog updates, newsletters, or follow-ups — only if you opted in. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Improve the site, our content, and our process based on what's actually useful.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Who handles your data with us
ITBluPrint uses a small set of vendors to operate. The major ones:
- HubSpot — CRM, CMS, forms, email, and analytics. Data resides on HubSpot's North America infrastructure.
- Google Workspace — internal email and documents.
- LinkedIn — content distribution and engagement analytics for our company page.
Each of these vendors is contractually required to handle your data only on our behalf.
4. How long we keep it
We keep contact records and inquiry history for as long as you remain a customer or prospect, plus a reasonable retention window (typically up to 3 years of inactivity) — after which we delete or anonymize. Backups roll off naturally.
5. Your choices
- Unsubscribe — click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correct, or delete your data — submit a request through our contact form at itbluprint.com/free-consultation with the subject "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.
- Do-not-track — our site honors browser DNT signals where technically feasible.
If you live in California, the EU, or another jurisdiction with stronger rights (CCPA, GDPR, etc.), we will honor those rights even if you're not strictly required to be covered.
6. Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we learn we have, we delete it.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls on internal systems, and the security features built into HubSpot and Google Workspace. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our practices or the law evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any change. Material changes will be announced on the site.
9. Contact
Questions or privacy requests? Reach us through our contact form at itbluprint.com/free-consultation and mark your subject as "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.
